Credit Officer / Credit Collection Specialist

Feb 1

You will perform credit assessment and determine customer’s risk exposure and potential bad debts on a periodic basis. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor customer’s loan repayment conduct, follow up with customer for timely payment and minimise debts. You are expected to exercise vigilance when performing duties, highlight unusual and suspicious transactions and ensure that all collection, compliance policies and procedures are not compromised.

Client Specialist (CS) / Client Advisor (CA)

Feb 1

You will join our Sales and Service Operations to follow through the customer’s life cycle journey. You are required to provide efficient and quality service to customers, and deliver superior customer service experience. You will perform face-to-face verification to meet loan application requirements and comply with internal operational and control procedures. You are expected to exercise vigilance when performing duties, highlight unusual and suspicious transactions.
